English
Hearing these words, Rama
said this to Sugriva:
“From what cause did this enmity arise?
I would hear it as it truly was.”

So spoken to by Kakutstha,
the great-souled, Sugriva
felt a joy beyond all measure,
and with him his four vanaras.
Then, his face alight with joy,

the true cause of the enmity
began to tell.
